This beautiful victorian town house has been carefully restored to a high specification throughout.  Natural wooden floors, original fireplaces, and retained features all add to the character and make this a wonderful venue for a holiday or get together.

Sleeps 12 people in five bedrooms.

 Great first floor lounge with mountain views of the skiddaw range.  Three comfortable sofas, marble firepalce and open fire.  32" Flat screen TV, DVD/CD player.

Bedrooms, there are five bedrooms: On the second floor there are three double/twin rooms: one room with two singles; one room with two singles; one room with a single over double bunk (so can be used as a double or a twin).  On the first floor there is one double room with iron double bedstead.  On the ground floor there is one room sleeping four (2 sets of bunk beds).

 Shower rooms: there are three newly fitted shower rooms with wooden floors, each comprising WC, shower, wash basin.

Kitchen: fully eqipped kitchen and utility room with large larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher, range cooker (gas over electirc), microwave and quality cutlery/utensils/crockery etc..

Dining room: adjacent to the kitchen, a lovely room with polished wooden flloor, original arched pointed brick fireplace, large table and chairs for 12 to sit round and have a great group meal.

Notes:

• Linen/bedding is provided for beds, all beds are made up ready.  Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.
• There is a highchair and travel cot
• Guests need to bring their own towels
• No smoking in the house
